Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Within China and Asia: After being processed, orders can take between 5-10 business days to arrive.
Within Australia: After being processed, orders can take between 5-10 business days to arrive.
Rest of the world: Overseas deliveries can take anywhere between 12-22 days to arrive.

Due to an overwhelming response to our silk face masks, once your order is placed, we estimate that it may take up to a maximum of 2 weeks for your order to be shipped out. This is the maximum time we are expecting to process the order, however rest assured that our team is working as quickly as we can to process and ship your order.
When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email update with your shipping tracking information.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method at checkout.
Please remove the antibacterial filter from the silk face mask before washing or dry-cleaning. Our silk face masks can be washed via the following methods:
- Hand washed with warm water and washing detergent
- Machine washable on a 30 degree celsius delicate cycle (wash with similar colours)
Once washed, hang to dry.

Please follow the tracking information provided, and contact the courier or delivery company to enquire about the delivery of your purchase. If the courier or delivery company loses/damages your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to provide replacements and refunds.
