Processing and Dispatch

Due to an overwhelming response to our silk face masks and insertable filters, once your order is placed, we estimate that it may take up to 2 weeks for your order to be shipped out. Please rest assured that our team is working as quickly as we can to process and ship your order. 

When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email update with your shipping tracking information.

We are currently shipping Australia-wide. After your order has been processed, orders can take between 5-10 business days to arrive.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must also be in the original packaging.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
