Processing and Dispatch
Due to an overwhelming response to our silk face masks, once your order is placed, we estimate that it may take up to a maximum of 2 weeks for your order to be shipped out. Please rest assured that our team is working as quickly as we can to process and ship your order.
When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email update with your tracking information. Please check the spam/junk folder of your email prior to contacting email@example.com.
Orders that are made over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the following week.
Estimated Shipping & Delivery Times
We are currently shipping to the following countries: Australia, Europe, United Kingdom, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and United States of America.
Within China and Asia: After being processed, orders can take between 5-10 business days to arrive.
Within Australia: After being processed, orders can take between 5-10 business days to arrive.
Rest of the world: Overseas deliveries can take anywhere between 12-22 days to arrive.
*Due to COVID-19, there may be shipping delays due to an overwhelming number of deliveries at this time.
For international deliveries, please note that the way a shipping courier handles a parcel is varied from country to country. Depending on your country, if you are not home when the parcel is being delivered, it is possible that the parcel will be held at a postal facility. And the parcel can be picked up from the facility or arranged for a second delivery attempt. Should your parcel not be claimed within the required timeframe, this may result in the parcel being destroyed by the customs facility or returned to our Distribution Centre. Shipping fees will be deducted from any refund that is processed due to an unaccepted international order.
Delays, Losses & Damages
Please note that once your order has been dispatched, Wellness Journey is not responsible for any delays, losses or damages caused in-transit by the postal service or custom agencies. It is the customers' responsibility to follow the tracking information provided, and to contact the courier or delivery company to enquire about the delivery of your purchase. Should the courier or delivery company delay/lose/damage your purchase, we are unable to provide replacements and refunds.
